Api Power Company declares 5% bonus shares

Api Power Company has declared 5% dividend from the profit of fiscal year 2074-75. The board of directors meeting held on 24/08/2075 has declared 5% bonus share, as informed on Nepal Stock exchange. The dividend will be distributed after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The current price stands at Rs.148.
