Balephi Hydropower Limited (BHL) is going to conduct its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashwin 18, 2080 BS. The meeting will take place at Amrapali Banquet, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 11:30 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM:
Approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2077/78 and 2078/79.
Issue of 1:1 Right Share.
Appointment of directors.
Increment of capital.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of the annual meeting, Balephi Hydropower will close the shareholders’ registration book on Ashwin 5, 2080 BS. Therefore, the investors holding/purchasing the shares of BHL until Ashwin 4 can participate in the annual meeting.
