Buddhabhumi Nepal Hydropower Company Limited has appointed Siddhartha Capital Limited as the Registrar To Share (RTS). The company has appointed Siddhartha Capital to keep records related to securities trading, registration of shares, transfer of name, and others.
Siddhartha Capital Limited, a subsidiary company of Siddhartha Bank Limited, is a licensed merchant banker from the Securities Board of Nepal. It provides various services such as Issue Management, Security Underwriting, Registrar to the Shares (RTS), Depository Participant (DP), and Portfolio Management Services.
