Mid Solu Hydropower Company Proposes 15.789 Percent Dividend

Mid Solu Hydropower Company Limited, (MSHL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The board meeting of the company held on Bhadra 12, 2082 BS has proposed a 15.789 percent dividend (including for taxes). The total dividend includes a 15 percent bonus share and a 0.789 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2082 B.S., MSHL has a paid-up capital of Rs. 74.84 crores.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The company is currently operating a 9.5 MW Mid Solu Khola Hydropower Project in Solukhumbu district.
