Ganapati Laghubitta To Skip Dividend From FY 2078/79

Ganapati Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GMFBS) has made an announcement about the dividend to the shareholders from the fiscal year 2078/79.
The microfinance had decided not to provide any dividend to the shareholders from the accumulated profit of the last fiscal year.
From the previous fiscal year 2077/78, GMFBS had distributed a 20 percent dividend, including a 19 percent bonus share and a 1 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
Similarly, in the fiscal year 2076/77, Ganapati Laghubitta had provided a 15.79 percent dividend, including a 15 percent bonus share and a 0.79 percent cash dividend. Likewise, from the fiscal year 2075/76, the company had distributed a 7.3684 percent dividend including a 7 percent bonus share.
As of Ashad’s end 2079 BS, Ganapati Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs. 15.14 crores.
