Goodwill Finance closing debenture today

Goodwill Finance, a national level finance company of Nepal, is closing the debenture issue from today i.e. Chaitra 2, 2076. Due to the oversubscription, the issue will close after the banking hours. The finance company opened the issue of debenture from Falgun 28, 2076.

The debenture is named “12% Goodwill Finance Limited debenture 2083”. The company will float 2,50,000 units debenture at the par value of Rs. 1000. Hence, the company is planning to raise Rs. 25 crores through its issue. Out of the total issue, the company will sell 1,50,000 units worth Rs. 15 crores through private placement. Likewise, the public issue size amounts to Rs. 10 crores i.e 100,000 units.

The company has already received approval from Sebon. It had submitted the application to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) for the issuance of debenture on Mangsir 11, 2076.

The debenture will provide a 12 percent interest rate to the investors. With a period of 7 years, the debenture matures on 2083 BS.

Interested Investors can purchase a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 5,000 units. The par value of each debenture is Rs. 1000.
