Nabil Bank Proposes 10 Percent Dividend

Nabil Bank Limited (NABIL), one of the leading private sector bank of Nepal, has declared the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The board of directors meeting held on Karthik 13, 2081 BS has proposed a 10 percent dividend. The dividend will be in the form of cash. The bank has not proposed any bonus share.
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Nabil Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 27.05 Arba. At this capital, the cash dividend is worth Rs 2.70 Arba.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, Nabil Bank had distributed an 11 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
