Nabil Bank Announces 11 Percent Dividend from FY 2079/80

Nabil Bank Limited (NABIL), the leading private sector bank of Nepal, has declared the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The board of directors meeting held on Mangsir 7, 2080 BS has proposed an 11 percent dividend. The dividend will be in the form of cash. The bank has not proposed any bonus share.
As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, Nabil Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 27.05 Arba. At this capital, the cash dividend is worth Rs 2.97 Arba.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, Nabil Bank had distributed a 30 percent dividend, including an 18.50 percent bonus share and a 11.50 percent cash dividend.
