Kumari Bank Proposes 12.5 Percent Dividend From FY 2078/79

Kumari Bank Limited (KBL) has proposed the dividend for the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2078/79.
The board meeting of the bank held on Ashwin 14, 2079 BS has declared a 12.5 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 12.5 percent cash dividend (including for tax purposes).
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of the bank.
As of Ashad’s end 2079 BS, Kumari Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs. 14.71 Arba. At this capital, the dividend amounts to Rs. 1.83 Arba.
From the previous fiscal year 2077/78, Kumari Bank had distributed an 8.67 percent dividend, including a 6 percent bonus share and a 2.67 percent cash dividend.
