Kumari Bank Proposes 2.1053 Percent Dividend

Kumari Bank Limited (KBL) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2082/83.
The board meeting of the bank has decided to distribute 2.1053 percent cash dividend from the fiscal year 2082/83.
As of Ashad’s end 2083 BS, KBL Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 26.22 Arba.
The bank has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2081/82 and 2080/81, the bank didn’t provide any dividend to the shareholders.
