Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Organizing 20th AGM on Magh 3 | Meeting to Endorse 21.05 Percent Dividend

Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited (MLBL) is organizing its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Magh 3, 2078 BS. The meeting will take place at the company’s head office, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu after 10 AM through the virtual medium.
Previously, the annual meeting took place at Army Officers’ Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu on Poush 25, 2078 BS [January 9, 2022]. However, the AGM couldn’t be concluded due to lack of minimum participation of shareholders to make the meeting eligible.
Major Agendas For AGM:
Discussion and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2077/78.
Approval of 21.05 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Election of directors-3 representing promoter shareholders and 3 representing public shareholders.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, the company has announced the book closure date on Poush 13, 2078 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing/holding the shares of MLBL until Poush 12 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the annual meeting.
