Mountain Hydro IPO closing today

The IPO of Mountain Hydro Ltd. is closing today (Falgun 28, 2075) due to the oversubscription of shares. The IPO issue was open from Falgun 23, 2075.

The hydropower company is issuing 18,16,110 shares as the IPO. The company has reserved 36,322 shares to employees and allotted 40,000 shares to mutual funds. The general public can apply for the remaining 17,39,788 shares.
Siddhartha Capital is the issue manager for the IPO of Mountain Hydro Ltd.
The interested applicants can apply for a minimum of 50 shares and a maximum of 80,000 shares.
ICRA Nepal has assigned IPO grade 4 rating to the issue which indicates below average fundamentals.
The issue manager Siddhartha Captial informed, that the IPO received applications for 23.68 lakhs shares by more than 34,000 applicants until the third day.
