Nabil Bank Posts Rs 1.46 Arba in Net Profit | EPS at Rs. 21.31 [Q1 Report]

Nabil Bank Limited has posted a net profit of Rs 1.46 Arba until the first quarter of the current fiscal year 2080/81. The net profit has slightly decreased as compared to the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year. Last year, the bank had earned Rs. 1.57 Arba in the same period.

The net profit had declined despite the increase in net interest income. Nabil Bank earned Rs. 4.17 Arba as the net interest income in the three months period which stood at Rs.3.67 Arba in the corresponding period of the previous year.

As of Ashwin’s end 2080 BS, Nabil Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 27.05 Arba. The bank has collected Rs. 414.85 Arba as deposits from the customers and floated the loans of Rs. 353.56 Arba to the customers. (Note: This figure doesn’t include the deposits and loans to other BFIs. So, the total deposits and loans will vary).

With the fall in profit, the annualized earnings per share (EPS) has declined to Rs 21.31. Likewise, the per-share net worth is  Rs. 218.27
