NIC Asia Bank Closing Issue of “NIC ASIA DEBENTURE 2091” from Chaitra 28

NIC Asia Bank Ltd. (NICA) is currently issuing a debenture named “7% NIC ASIA DEBENTURE 2091”. The debenture issue is open from Chaitra 25, 2081 BS. Due to full-subscription, the debenture offering will close on Chaitra 28, 2081 BS.
The bank is selling 50 lakh units of debenture that amounts to Rs. 5 Arba. Out of the total issue, the bank is issuing 30 lakh units debenture worth Rs. 3 Arba through private placement. Likewise, the general public can apply for the remaining 20 lakh units that amount to Rs. 2 Arba.
The debenture will provide 7 percent interest per annum to the investors. The maturity period of the debenture is 10 years. Hence, the finance will refund the principal amount in 2091 BS.
Prabhu Capital Limited is the issue and sales manager for the debenture issuance. An agreement has been inked between the bank and Prabhu Capital on this regard.
