10% Sunrise Bank debenture 2080 approved by SEBON

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the debenture issue of Sunrise Bank named ‘10% Sunrise Bank debenture 2080’ on Chaitra 1, 2075.
Sunrise Bank will issue debenture worth Rs. 1 Arba. Out of the total, Rs. 60 crores worth of debenture will be issued through a private placement. The remaining Rs. 40 crores worth of debenture is the public issue amount.
The par value of debenture will be Rs. 1,000 per unit. The interest rate on debenture is 10 percent per annum. The maturity period is of 5 years.
Prabhu Capital Limited is the issue manager for the debenture of Sunrise Bank. The company will float to the general public soon.
NIC Asia, Sanima, Global IME and NMB Bank have already issued debenture this year.
