Swetganga Hydropower and Construction Limited (SGHC) will organize its 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 29, 2079 BS.

Major Agendas of the AGM are:

Discussion & approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2078/79.

Approval of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement of the fiscal year 2078/79.

Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.

Book Closure:

For the purpose of AGM, Swetganga Hydropower had announced the book closure date on Poush 14, 2079 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing shares before that date can participate in the Annual Meeting.
