Trading Of Shares Of NIFRA To Open This Week

Shares of Nepal Infrastructure Bank (NIFRA) will start trading in Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) from this week. The bank has reached Nepse for the listing of shares and is preparing to start trading of shares by listing this week. The bank had issued 8 crore units of ordinary shares to the general public from Magh 2 to Magh 6, 2077 BS.

Trading will start after the listing agreement between Nepse and the company. Nepal Stock Exchange will study the documents sent for listing and will reach an agreement with NIFRA.

Previously, Nepal Infrastructure Bank had a paid-up capital is Rs 12 Arba. After the IPO allotment, the paid-up capital has increased to Rs 20 Arba.
