20% Right issue of Unnati Microfinance starts from today

Unnati Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (UMB) is issuing 5:1 right share to its shareholders from today (Falgun 13, 2075). The issue will remain open till Chaitra 17, 2075.
The Microfinance will issue 20% right worth Rs. 1.10 crores to the shareholders. The total right shares to be issued is 1.10 lakhs unit. The microfinance received approval for right shares from SEBON on Poush 20, 2075.
Siddhartha Capital Limited is the issue manager for the right issue.
The microfinance declared 40.50% bonus shares & 2.13% cash dividend for tax purpose to the shareholders from the profit of fiscal year 2074/75.
Based on the unaudited second-quarter report, the paid-up capital stands at Rs. 7.73 crores. Similarly, reserve & surplus is at Rs. 2.92 crores. The microfinance has loans and advances of Rs. 1.24 Arab. Also, The company reported a net interest income of Rs. 5.10 crores in this period which is 70.63% more than previous year’s 2nd quarter.
The nonperforming loan is at 0.78%. Annualized EPS is at Rs. 54.67 as per the 2nd quarter. The cost of fund stands at 9.82%.
