Guardian Micro-Life Insurance Limited (GMLI) has appointed Himalayan Investment Banker Limited as the Registrar To Share (RTS). An agreement has been reached between the insurance company and Himalayan Investment Banker on this regard.
Himalayan Investment Banker will now keep records of GMLI related to securities trading, registration of shares, transfer of name, and others from Ashad 4, 2082 BS..
