Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta, Unique Nepal Laghubitta & Manushi Laghubitta to Undergo Merger/Acquisition

Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JBLB), Unique Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (UNLB) and Manushi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBS) are in the process of undergoing merger/acquisition. For this purpose, the three microfinance companies have inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for merger/acquisition on Chaitra 28, 2082 BS.
As of Chaitra’s end 2082 BS, Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs. 175.12 crores while Unique Nepal Laghubitta and Manushi Laghubitta have a paid-up capital of Rs. 14.85 crores and Rs. 10.93 crores respectively.
