United Idi Mardi & RB Hydropower Declares 4.211 Percent Dividend

United Idi Mardi & RB Hydropower Limited (UMRH) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The hydropower company has proposed a 4.211 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 4 percent bonus share and a 0.211 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2081 B.S., UMRH has a paid-up capital of Rs. 44.31 crores.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from its upcoming 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, UMRH had provided a 5.789 percent dividend, including a 5.5 percent bonus share and a 0.289 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes). Likewise, from the fiscal year 2078/79, the company had distributed a 10.526 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
