Prime Commercial Bank Closing “6.25% Prime Bank Debenture 2093” from Today

Prime Commercial Bank Ltd. (PCBL) is currently issuing a debenture named “6.25% Prime Bank Debenture 2093”. The debenture offering is open from Ashad 16, 2083 BS.
The debenture issue will close on Ashad 23, 2083 BS.
For this purpose, Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) gave the permission to bank on Ashad 4, 2083 BS. Only after the approval from the regulatory body SEBON, the bank can sell the debenture to the public.
The bank is planning to issue 30 lakh units of debenture that amounts to Rs. 3 Arba. Out of the total issue, the bank will sell 18 lakh units debenture worth Rs. 1.8 Arba through private placement. Likewise, the general public can apply for the remaining 12 lakh units that amount to Rs. 1.2 Arba.
The debenture will provide 6.25 percent interest per annum to the investors. The maturity period of the debenture is 10 years. Hence, the bank will refund the principal amount in 2093 BS.
Interested investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of full units.
Sanima Capital Limited is the issue and sales manager for the debenture issuance. An agreement has been inked between the bank and Sanima Capital on this regard.
