Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta AGM on Ashad 27, To Issue 200 Percent Right After Bonus Share

Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha is planning to conduct its 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashad 27, 2077. The annual meeting will take place at Hotel New Era, Butwal after 11 AM.
Previously, the AGM was set to take place at Chaitra 27, 2076. However, due to the corona epidemic, the annual meeting was postponed.
The AGM will endorse a 25 percent bonus share and 1.32 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes) on the current capital of Rs. 6.33 crores.
Similarly, the microfinance will issue 1:2 right share on the capital after bonus share adjustment. The capital will rise to Rs. 7.92 crores after the 25 percent bonus share adjustment. Therefore, Janautthan Laghubitta will issue the right share worth Rs. 15.84 crores.
The total capital of the company will climb to Rs. 23.76 crores after the announced bonus and the right issue.
Book Closure date:
For the purpose of the AGM, Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta has announced the book closure date on Chaitra 14, 2076. Investors purchasing/holding the shares until Chaitra 13 will receive the dividend and are eligible to participate in the AGM.
