Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta to Skip Dividend from FY 2080/81

Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JSLBB) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2080/81.

The microfinance company has decided not to distribute any dividend to the shareholders and retain profits from the last fiscal year.

The company has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Janautthan Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs 17 crores.

The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the microfinance.

From the previous fiscal year 2079/80 as well, JSLBB didn’t distribute any dividend to the shareholders. However, from the fiscal year 2078/79, the microfinance company had provided a 15.7895 percent dividend, including a 15 percent bonus share and a 0.7895 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).. Similarly, from the fiscal year 2077/78, Janautthan Laghubitta had distributed a 26.3157 percent dividend, including a 25 percent bonus share and 1.3157 percent cash dividend.
