Ankhu Khola Jalvidyut Company Limited (AKJCL) will convene its combined Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the fiscal year 2076/77 and 2077/78 on Ashad 12, 2079 BS [June 26, 2022]. The meeting will take place at Arpan Banquet, Thapagau, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 11 AM.
The major agendas for the AGM include:
Discussion and approval of financial reports for the fiscal year 2076/77 & 2077/78.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
No dividend/bonus share and right share.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of AGM, Ankhu Khola Jalvidyut Company closed its shareholders’ registration book on Jestha 27, 2079 BS. Hence, the investors holding/purchasing the shares of AKJCL until Jestha 26 can participate in the annual meeting.
