Swarojgar Laghubitta to Acquire WEAN Nepal Laghubitta

Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBBL) is going to acquire WEAN Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (WNLB). For this purpose, the two microfinance companies have inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for merger/acquisition on Poush 9, 2082 BS [December 24, 2025].
As of Mangsir’s end 2082 BS, Swarojgar Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs. 78.39 crores. The head office is located at Banepa Municipality of Kavrepalanchowk district. Likewise, WEAN Nepal Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs. 8.43 crores.
