Swarojgar Laghubitta Acquires WEAN Nepal Laghubitta | Joint Operation from Bhadra 21

Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBBL) has successfully acquired WEAN Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (WNLB). After the acquisition, the joint operation will commence from Bhadra 21, 2083 BS in the name of ‘Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited’
For this purpose, Nepal Rastra Bank provided the final approval from Shrawan 11, 2083 BS.
Earlier, the two microfinance companies have inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for merger/acquisition on Poush 9, 2082 BS [December 24, 2025].
As of Ashad’s end 2083 BS, Swarojgar Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs. 78.39 crores. The head office is located at Banepa Municipality of Kavrepalanchowk district. Likewise, WEAN Nepal Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs. 8.43 crores.
