Api Power Company to Conduct 21st AGM on Karthik 11 | To Endorse 5.26 Percent Dividend

Api Power Company Limited (API) is going to organize its 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Karthik 11, 2081 BS [October 27, 2024]. The meeting will take place at Hotel Crystal, Pashupati, Gausala, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 11 AM.
The major agendas for the AGM include:
Discussion and approval of financial reports for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Approval of dividend to shareholders.
Election of 5 directors.
Approval for investments in various hydropower projects.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of AGM, Api Power Company will close its shareholders’ registration book on Karthik 2, 2081 BS. Thus, the investors holding/purchasing shares of API until Karthik 1 are eligible to participate in the Annual Meeting and receive the dividend.
