Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Proposes 60 Percent Dividend from FY 2079/80

Bottlers Nepal Terai (BNT) has announced dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The board meeting of the company held on November 8, 2023 [Karthik 22, 2080 BS] has proposed a 60 percent cash dividend.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from the upcoming Annual General Meeting(AGM).
As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, Bottlers Nepal (Terai) has a paid-up capital of Rs. 12.10 crores. At this capital, the dividend amounts to Rs. 7.26 crores.
From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, the company had distributed a 60 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
