Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Proposes 50 Percent Dividend

Bottlers Nepal Terai (BNT) has announced dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The board meeting of the company held on November 20, 2024 [Mangsir 5, 2081 BS] has proposed a 50 percent cash dividend.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from the upcoming Annual General Meeting(AGM).
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Bottlers Nepal (Terai) has a paid-up capital of Rs. 12.10 crores. At this capital, the dividend amounts to Rs. 6.05 crores.
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, the company had distributed a 60 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
