Mandakini Hydropower Limited (MHL) is organizing its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 7, 2081 BS. The board meeting of the company held on Karthik 4, 2081 BS has decided to convene the meeting at Nepali Chulo, Lazimpat, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 8 AM.
Major Agendas of the AGM are:
Discussion & approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2080/81.
Approval of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement of the fiscal year 2080/81.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Endorsement of 5.2632 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Investment in Dolphin Power Limited.
Approval for Issue of right shares in the ratio 1:1.25.
Book Closure:
For the purpose of AGM, MHL had announced the book closure date on Karthik 28, 2081 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing shares of MHL until Karthik 27, 2081 BS can participate in the Annual Meeting and will receive the dividend.
