Budget of Rs. 19.64 Kharba Announced for Fiscal Year 2082/83

For the upcoming fiscal year 2082/83, the government has allocated a budget of 19.64 Kharba rupees.
The budget is distributed as follows:
—11.80 Kharba rupees (60.01%) for recurrent expenditures,
—407.69 billion rupees for capital expenditures, and
—375.24 billion rupees (19.1%) for financial management.
This budget represents a 5.6% increase compared to the initial allocation of the current fiscal year and an 18.2% increase compared to the revised allocation. To fund the upcoming budget, the government estimates collecting 13.15 Kharba rupees from revenue, 362 billion rupees from internal loans, 233 billion rupees from external loans, and 53 billion rupees from grants.
For the current fiscal year, the government had allocated a budget of 18.60 Kharba rupees.
