Bhagawati Hydropower Development Company Declares 14.73 Percent Dividend

Bhagawati Hydropower Development Company Limited (BGWT) has declared a dividend to its shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The board meeting of the company held on Bhadra 22, 2081 BS has proposed a 14.7368 percent dividend to the shareholders. The total dividend includes a 4 percent bonus share and and a 10.7368 percent cash dividend (including for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 57.2 crores. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs. 2.28 crores while the cash dividend amounts to Rs 6.14 crores.
The dividend is subject to approval from its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
