Citizens Bank Proposes 4 Percent Dividend from FY 2082/83

Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2082/83.
The board of directors’ meeting held on Bhadra 31, 2083 BS has proposed a 4 percent dividend. The total dividend includes 3.8 percent bonus share and a 0.20 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes). The dividend amounts to Rs. 62.02 crores.
The bank will distribute the dividend after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2081/82, Citizens Bank had distributed a 5.263 percent dividend to the shareholders, including a 5 percent bonus shares.
