Citizens Bank Proposes 5.79 Percent Dividend From FY 2079/80

Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The board of directors’ meeting held on Bhadra 31, 2080 BS has proposed a 5.79 percent dividend. The total dividend will be in the form of cash (including for tax purposes). The dividend amounts to Rs. 82.21 crores.
The bank will distribute the dividend after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, Citizens Bank had distributed a 9 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, Citizens Bank International has a paid-up capital of Rs. 14.20 Arba.
