Citizens Bank Proposes 5.263 Percent Dividend from FY 2081/82

Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The board of directors’ meeting held on Ashwin 10, 2082 BS has proposed a 5.263 percent dividend. The total dividend includes 5 percent bonus share and a 0.263 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes). The dividend amounts to Rs. 73.84 crores.
The bank will distribute the dividend after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, Citizens Bank had distributed a 4.21 percent dividend to the shareholders, including a 4 percent bonus shares.
As of Ashad’s end 2082 BS, Citizens Bank International has a paid-up capital of Rs. 14.76 Arba.
