RSDC Laghubitta Proposes 8 Percent Dividend

RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The board meeting of the microfinance held on Ashwin 11, 2082 BS has proposed an 8 percent dividend. The total dividend will be in the form of cash dividend.
In the previous fiscal year 2080/81, the microfinance company had distributed a 10 percent dividend, including a 9.5 percent bonus share and a 0.5 percent cash dividend.
As of Ashad’s end 2082 BS, RSDC Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs. 103.40 crores.
The dividend of RSDC Laghubitta is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM.
