Century Commercial Bank (CCBL) To Distribute Interim Dividend

Century Commercial Bank Limited (CCBL) has informed about the distribution of the interim dividend. Due to the corona epidemic, the AGM of the bank has been postponed until further notice. However, the bank has decided to distribute 3 percent cash dividend worth Rs 25.25 crores as the interim dividend.
Century Commercial Bank had proposed a 2 percent bonus share and 4.75 percent dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the fiscal year 2075/76. At the current capital of Rs. 8.42 Arba, the cash dividend amounts to Rs. 39.97 crores.
The bank will distribute the remaining 2 percent bonus share and 1.75 cash dividend after the approval from the upcoming AGM.
