Century Commercial Bank (CCBL) Announces 5 Percent Dividend

Century Commercial Bank (CCBL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2078/79.
As informed on Nepse, the bank has proposed a 5 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 4.75 percent bonus share and a 0.30 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2079 BS, Century Commercial Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 9.55 Arba. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs 45.38 crores while the cash dividend amounts to Rs 2.38 crores.
The bank will distribute the dividend after the approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2077/78, CCBL had distributed a 6.05 percent dividend to its shareholders including a 5.75 percent bonus share and a 0.30 percent cash dividend.
