Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GILB) is going to conduct its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Falgun 24, 2079 BS [March 8, 2023]. The board meeting of the company held on Falgun 2 has decided to convene the AGM at Best Resort Nepal, Lakeside, Pokhara after 9 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM:
Discussion and approval of the financial statements of FY 2078/79 presented by the chairman.
Appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Endorsement of 20 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Delegation of authority to BOD for any merger/acquisition decision.
Election of 2 directors representing public shareholders.
Appointment of independent director.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of AGM, the company has set the book closure date on Falgun 16, 2079 BS. Hence, the investors holding/purchasing the shares of LLBS until Falgun 15 are eligible to receive the dividend and can participate in the annual meeting.
