Reminder: Janautthan Samudayic closing its right issue today

Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha is going to close its issue of 1:1 right share to the shareholders from today (Shrawan 15, 2076). The issue opened on Ashad 12, 2076. The company issued the right share at Rs. 100. Shareholders existing until Ashad 1,2076 are eligible to apply for the right. So, the eligible investors who are interested to grab the right shares of a company must apply for the right issue within the banking hours today.
Siddhartha capital is the issue manager for the right share.
Shareholders can submit the application form to the following places:
- All branch offices of Janautthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited
- Siddhartha Capital Limited, Narayanchaur, Naxal
- Also, shareholders can apply through C-ASBA service provided by Banks and Financial Institutions
- Applications can be placed through Meroshare.
Janautthan Laghubitta is further planning to issue 200 percent right share after the current right issue.
