Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank concludes 13th AGM

The 13th Annual General Meeting of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has been conducted on Poush 17, 2076 at Amrit Bhog Caterers located at Kalikasthan, Dillibazar, Kathmandu. The Annual Meeting has approved a 6.8 percent cash dividend worth Rs. 17.27 crores on the current capital of Rs. 2.54 Arba.

“Despite heavy expenses in upgrading technology, expansion of branch networks and huge investment in skilled and experienced human resources, the bank has been able to earn decent profit and distribute a 6.8 percent dividend from FY 2075/76.” said the chairman Mr. Sudeep Acharya.

The chairman presented the financial report of the FY 2075/76 in the meeting.  After the presentation of the report, several shareholders raised their concerns which were answered by the chairman and CEO Mr. Prabin Basnet.

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank is providing quality services through its 114 branches and 60 ATMs. Likewise, the bank also provides various services such as ABBA, SMS Banking, Mobile Banking, C-ASBA, etc.
