Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Posts Net Profit Of Rs 70.02 Crores (Q4 Report)

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited (KSBBL) has reported a net profit of Rs 70.02 crores in the fiscal year 2077/78. As per the unaudited fourth quarterly report, the profit has surged by a massive 485 percent as compared to the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year. The bank had earned Rs 11.97 crores in the last fiscal year.

The rise in profit is due to the increase in the net interest income of the bank. In this fiscal year, the bank has earned Rs 149.03 crores as net interest income, which is almost 30 percent higher than the previous year.

As of Ashad’s end 2078 BS, Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has collected Rs 44.45 Arba as deposits from customers. Likewise, it has floated Rs 38.83 Arba as loans and advances to customers. The deposits and loans have increased by more than 39 percent and 49 percent respectively.

The paid-up capital stood at Rs 2.65 Arba with Rs 1.29 Arba in reserve and surplus.

With the rise in profit, the annualized EPS stood at Rs 26.40 while the per share networth is Rs 148.61.
