Muktinath Bikas Bank opens 18 branches on the occasion of 13th Anniversary

On the auspicious occasion of the completion of the 13th year, Muktinath Bikas Bank organized various programs. The bank also inaugurated 18 branches from the head office through a digital platform on this occasion.
The newly opened branches include Battisputali (Kathmandu), Bhaisepati (Lalitpur), Nadipur & Begnastaal (Kaski), Beshisahar (Lamjung), Tandi (Chitwan), Gaidakot (Nawalpur), Rampur (Palpa), Lamahi (Dang), Kohalpur (Banke), Lamki & Dhangadi (Kailali), Kakardbhitta (Jhapa), Dhankuta, and Duhabi (Sunsari). The occasion was inaugurated by the chairman Mr. Bharat Raj Dhakal.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by previous and current directors, promoters and employees of the bank.
“The bank is always committed to moving forward by providing quality services to the customers. Also, I ensure that this bank will contribute to the economy of our nation through its financial or non-financial platform” said Mr. Dhakal, chairman of Muktinath Bikas Bank.
On the 13th anniversary occasion, the bank has performed several CSR programs in all states. This includes scholarships to students, distribution of stationery and furniture products to schools, handing out food and clothes to various orphanage/old age homes, providing food to Chepang Protection Committee, distribution of dustbin in various places and others.
Likewise, the bank provided support for the cleaning campaign of Bagmati, Godawari and Pokhara Valley. The several branches organized Blood Donation Program during this occasion.
In these CSR related programs, the bank spent a total of Rs. 8 lakhs, as said by Mr. Til Bahadur Gurung, Chief Information Officer of the bank.
