Jyoti Bikas Bank changes its AGM venue

Jyoti Bikas Bank has informed Nepse about change in its AGM venue.
Previously, the development bank had informed that it was going to convene its AGM on Paush 29, 2076 at Rastriya Sabha Griha, Pradarshanimarg, Kathmandu. But since the specified location is not available on that date, the company has to change its AGM venue.
The new venue for the AGM is Celebration Banquet, Kamalpokhari, Naxalmarg and the AGM will start from 11 AM onwards. The company has apologized to the shareholders for the inconvenience.
