Nepal Bank to Skip Dividend from FY 2080/81

Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2080/81.

The board meeting of the bank has decided to retain all the profit from the last fiscal year and skip the dividend.

The bank has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Nepal Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 14.69 Arba.

From the previous fiscal year  2079/80 as well, the bank didn’t provide any dividend to the shareholders. However, from the fiscal year 2078/79, Nepal Bank had provided a 12 percent dividend, including a 2 percent bonus share and a 10 percent cash dividend.

    Has 10% cash dividend come in your account for the year 2078/2079.?
