Butwal Power Company Announces 6 Percent Dividend

Butwal Power Company Limited (BPCL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The company has proposed a 6 percent dividend. The total dividend will be in the form of cash. The company has not announced any bonus share.
As of Ashad’s end 2082 BS, BPCL has a paid-up capital of Rs 3.40 Arba. At this capital, the dividend amounts to Rs 20.45 crores.
From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, Butwal Power Company had distributed a 6 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
The dividend is subject to approval from the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Hydropower.
