Nepal Lube Oil Limited (NLO) is going to conduct its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashwin 18, 2081 BS [October 4, 2024]. The board meeting held on Bhadra 26, 2081 BS has decided to convene the AGM at Yak Palace, Pulchowk, Lalitpur. The meeting will start after 11:30 AM.
Major Agendas For The AGM:
Discussion and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2080/81.
Endorsement of a 20 percent bonus share and a 5 cash dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2081/81.
Issue of Follow-on-Public Offering (FPO).
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of the Annual Meeting, the book closure date was from Ashwin 4 to Ashwin 18, 2081 BS. Therefore, the investors holding/purchasing the shares of NLO until Ashwin 2 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
