Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Deposits 13 Percent Bonus Share Into Shareholder’s Demat Account

Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has deposited 13 percent bonus shares in the beneficiary account (Demat account) of the concerned shareholders. The company had also paid a 0.68 percent cash dividend for the tax of the bonus share.
The bonus share was approved by the 22nd annual general meeting held on Falgun 25, 2078 BS. After listing those shares in the secondary market (NEPSE), the company has deposited them in the beneficiary accounts of the concerned shareholders.
The microfinance company has also requested the shareholders who have not yet dematerialized their shares to dematerialize the shares as soon as possible. The share registrar of the company is NIBL Ace Capital.
