NMB Laghubitta to Skip Dividend from FY 2080/81

NMB Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMBMF) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The microfinance company has decided not to distribute any dividend to the shareholders and retain profits from the last fiscal year.
The company has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, NMB Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs. 72.14 crores.
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80 as well, the microfinance company didn’t distribute any dividend to the shareholders. However, from the fiscal year 2078/79, NMBMF had provided a 10.5263 percent dividend, including a 10 percent bonus share and 0.5263 percent cash dividend.
Similarly, from the FY 2077/78, the company had distributed a 22.63 percent dividend, including a 21.50 percent bonus share and a 1.13 percent cash dividend. Likewise, in the fiscal year 2076/77, NMB Laghubitta had provided a 20 percent dividend to the shareholders, including a 19 percent bonus share.
