ICFC Finance Issuing “8% ICFC Finance Limited Debenture 2089” from Today

ICFC Finance Limited (LSL) is currently issuing a debenture named “8% ICFC Finance Limited Debenture 2089”. The debenture offering is open from Falgun 11, 2082 BS.
Due to full subscription, the debenture issue will close on Falgun 14, 2082 BS.
The finance is issuing 5 lakh units of debenture that amounts to Rs. 50 crores. Out of the total issue, the bank will sell 3 lakh units debenture worth Rs. 30 crores through private placement. Likewise, the general public can apply for the remaining 2 lakh units that amount to Rs. 20 crores.
The debenture will provide 8 percent interest per annum to the investors. The maturity period of the debenture is 7 years. Hence, the finance will refund the principal amount in 2089 BS.
For this purpose, Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has given the permission to the company on Magh 21, 2082 BS. The finance company has submitted the application to the board on Karthik 25, 2082 BS. Only after the approval from the regulatory body SEBON, the bank can sell the debenture to the public.
Kumari Capital Limited is the issue and sales manager for the debenture issuance. An agreement has been inked between the bank and Kumari Capital on this regard.
