Prabhu Bank Not to Provide Dividend from FY 2080/81

Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The board meeting of the bank has decided to retain all the profit from the fiscal year 2079/80 and skip the dividend.
The bank has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Prabhu Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 23.54 Arba.
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80 as well, PRVU didn’t provide any dividend to the shareholsers. However, from the fiscal year 2078/79, the bank had distributed an 8 percent dividend, including a 6.5 percent bonus share and 1.50 percent cash dividend.
Similarly, from the fiscal year 2077/78, Prabhu Bank had provided a 12.63 percent dividend, including a 12 percent bonus shares. Likewise, in the fiscal year 2076/77, the bank had distributed a 10.5263 percent dividend, including a 10 percent bonus share and a 0.5263 percent cash dividend.
