Prabhu Bank Announces 8 Percent Dividend

Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU) has declared the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the Fiscal Year 2078/79.
Prabhu Bank has proposed an 8 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 6.5 percent bonus share and 1.50 percent cash dividend (including for tax purposes).
In order to distribute the dividend, the bank needs approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2077/78, Prabhu Bank had provided a 12.63 percent dividend, including a 12 percent bonus shares. Likewise, in the fiscal year 2076/77, the bank had distributed a 10.5263 percent dividend, including a 10 percent bonus share and a 0.5263 percent cash dividend.
