Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Announces 14.077 Percent Dividend

Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWMF) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The microfinance company has proposed a 14.077 percent dividend. The dividend will be in the form of bonus shares.
As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs 91.07 crores. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs 12.82 crores. After the adjustment of the proposed bonus share, the capital will rise to Rs 103.90 crores.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, the microfinance company had distributed a 15 percent bonus share to the shareholders.
