Prabhu Bank Posts Rs 1.26 Arba in Net Profit [Q2 Report]

Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU) has earned a net profit of Rs. 1.26 Arba until the second quarter of the current fiscal year 2078/79. The profit has decreased by 16 percent as compared to the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year. Last year, the bank posted a net profit of Rs 1.51 Arba in the first six months.

As of Poush’s end 2078 BS, Prabhu Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 12.70 Arba. At this capital, the Annualized Earnings Per Share (EPS) is Rs. 19.86. Likewise, the net worth per share is Rs. 143.54.

The NPL of the bank has fallen to 1.23 percent from 2.06 percent. However, the base rate has inclined to 8.68 percent.

Prabhu Bank has collected Rs. 163.59 Arba as deposits from customers. Likewise, it has floated Rs. 142.33 Arba as loans and advances to the customers.
