Rastriya Banijya Bank To Provide Tax And Revenue Payment Facility Through Mobile Banking

Rastriya Banijya Bank has signed an agreement on Thursday with various institutions in order to ensure that any kind of tax and revenue payment can be made by the taxpayers through RBB’s mobile banking.
For this, Rastriya Banijya Bank has reached an agreement with Nepal Clearing House, Khalti, IME Pay, Prabhu Pay, and Nepal Pay regarding payment of taxes and revenue through mobile banking.
In presence of Chief Executive of the bank Kiran Kumar Shrestha, Deva Prasad Lohani, Deputy Executive Officer of Rastriya Banijya Bank, Munni Rajbhandari, Chief Operating Officer of Nepal Clearing House, Anmol Ratriya, Product Development Manager of Khalti, Amod Bhattarai, Head of Business Development of IME Pay, Kusum Lama, Managing Director of Prabhu Pay and Chief Operating Officer Malika Bhattarai on behalf of Nepal Pay signed the agreement letter.
After this agreement, the taxpayers will be able to easily pay VAT, property tax, business tax, and other service charges of any revenue office under the Inland Revenue Department through mobile banking of Rastriya Banijya Bank. Similarly, any other type of tax and revenue remitted through Rastriya Banijya Bank can also be paid from it. The event was attended by the departmental head of the bank, Rico Sthapit, and other employees.
