Multipurpose Finance to Skip Dividend from FY 2080/81

Multipurpose Finance Limited (MPFL) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The board meeting of the company held on Mangsir 29, 2081 BS has decided not to propose any dividend or bonus share from the profit of the fiscal year 2080/81.
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Multipurpose Finance has a paid-up capital of Rs 61.02 crores.
The financial statements for the fiscal year 2079/80 are subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80 and 2078/79 as well, the company didn’t provide any dividend to the shareholders. Likewise, from the FY 2077/78, the finance had distributed a 13.526 percent dividend, including a 3 percent bonus share and a 0.526 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
